We are seeking a detail-oriented CDD/EDD/KYC/AML/Client On boarding to join a team in the Financial Services industry.

The organisation is a large financial institution within the Banking & Financial Services sector. It is known for its strong presence in the industry and commitment to delivering high-quality services to its clients.

Job Description

  • Manage KYC periodic reviews and ensure adherence to policies and timelines.
  • Handle regular review cycles, including investor classifications and profile updates.
  • Support internal and external audits, investigations, and remediation.
  • Liaise with Sales teams to resolve documentation issues and daily queries.
  • Assist with global/local projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience
  • A strong understanding of CIP (Client Identification Program) / AML / Transaction Monitoring / Client On-boarding or Maintenance in the Financial Services sector.
  • At least 2+ years experience in Banking or Financial Services Industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating with teams.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
