Job Description

  • Assist in managing end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for management.
  • Support resource allocation and scheduling to meet project timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or technical environments.
  • Proven experience working with internal IT teams on system implementation, upgrades, or technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
