We are seeking a SAP Manager, APAC to oversee and enhance SAP application processes within the commercial industry. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires strong expertise in SAP systems and technology management to drive operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Manage a regional team of 5+ on SAP application management for APAC region (all modules).
  • Functional owner of SAP supply chain modules: IBP, aATP, SD, MM, and support FI integration.
  • Manage EDI integration and ensure smooth data exchange with external systems.
  • Perform hands-on customization and enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and HQ on technical support/resources.
  • Support APAC SAP instance.
  • Drive projects across APAC including SAP S4/HANA upgrade, EWM implementation and AATP rollout
  • Ensure MNC culture alignment, governance, and customer-centric customization.
  • Occasional travel for APAC support and HQ alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Information System or relevant disciplines
  • 10+ years' experience in SAP application management. (Best S4/HANA; ECC 6.0 is also acceptable)
  • Functionally strong with SAP Supply Chain modules (e.g. SD/ MM/ IBP/ aATP)
  • Experience in full cycle SAP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration processes. Well verse with EDI process.
  • Ability to perform SAP customerization, manage and lead regional SAP projects effectively.
  • Experience in team management (cross-regional team management experience is a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and cross-regional team collaboration.
  • Excellent command in Chinese and English
