Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for Splunk-related issues and general IT helpdesk inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems involving PC hardware/software, backups, antivirus, and endpoint security tools.
  • Perform installation and configuration of IT equipment and applications.
  • Compile and deliver monthly SIEM reports for security monitoring.
  • Support special IT projects and assist in implementation tasks.
  • Ensure a structured handover process at the end of the contract period.



The Successful Applicant

  • Must hold a university degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support and Splunk administration.
  • Familiar with endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Able to read and write Chinese, communicate in basic English, and speak fluent Cantonese.
  • Authorized to work in Hong Kong or possess a valid work visa.
