About Our Client

A leading local financial services firm in Hong Kong to recruit 2 Automated QA Engineers;

This is an Asia‑based financial institution with a headcount of over 200 employees. The role is fully in‑house and reports directly to a young, forward‑thinking IT Software Development Manager.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • The selected candidate will support the framework of "Automated Tests" on multiple environments for a large complex enterprise system, and a native mobile apps;
  • The Agile development teams follow the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) pattern, where developers or QA Engineers are responsible for implementing testing leveraging DevOps automation and, where appropriate, the use of test automation commercial tools;
  • Activities supporting this framework include developing, improving and maintaining the BDD framework.

The Successful Applicant

Basic MUST HAVE requirements

  • Higher Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science OR a related disciplines;
  • AT LEAST 3 -5 years professional "Automated Test" using Selenium;


  • Must have demonstrated experience with Java Scripting, including development of unit tests;


  • Must have experience working with Spring libraries development and working with CI/CD frameworks;


  • Must have experience working in Windows and/or Linux operating systems



BEST TO HAVE (Not a MUST)



  • Must have experience with software source control and configuration management tools.


  • Experience working with integration test framework.


  • Experience with task automation such as PowerShell.
