Job Description

As an Institutional Client Service professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of clients/distributors to address clients' queries/requests
  • Provide after-sales support throughout clients' investment life cycle
  • Manage the client on-boarding process including collection and verification of KYC/AML documents and forms from the clients/distributors
  • Coordinate the account set-up with other third parties
  • Work on RFP/DDQ requests from clients/distributors with the support from other teams
  • Maintain the client RFP/DDQ database
  • Prepare regular client and fund reports
  • Coordinate with fund administrators and finance team on trailer fees for distributors
  • Communicate regulatory and business change to clients, distributors and internal stakeholders when appropriate
  • Attend client meetings and events as appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on fund/mandate related matters



Other Support:

  • Maintenance of all clients' records
  • Compliance with all internal procedures
  • Communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate
  • Actively participate in internal meetings



The Successful Applicant

A successful Institutional Client Service professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing in asset management companies
  • Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
  • Good attention to details
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of Excel macro is an advantage
