Job Description

  • Develop scalable, robust, and maintainable Java-based applications
  • Translate business requirements into high-performance software solutions
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and strong test coverage
  • Collaborate closely with business users and offshore teams
  • Participate in Agile development processes using JIRA
  • Support and enhance existing systems while ensuring high availability

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in system development and support
  • Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Knowledge of microservices, DB design, high availability architecture, CI/CD, and Git
  • Familiarity with payment systems (SWIFT MX migration, CHATS clearing)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
