Job Description

  • Analyse and document requirements for health insurance products, including medical and CI coverage
  • Support product lifecycle management for individual and group insurance plans
  • Design and optimise sales journeys across digital and assisted channels (paper, STP flows, etc.)
  • Collaborate on subscription-based health insurance models and operational processes
  • Participate in annual product revamp activities, including benefit updates and compliance checks
  • Work closely with product, operations, IT, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment
  • Prepare functional and non-functional requirements for new initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in business analysis for health-related insurance products
  • Strong understanding of insurance product development and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with subscription models and annual product revamp processes
  • Skilled in designing digital and assisted sales journeys
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams
  • Ability to gather and document detailed requirements effectively
