Our client is a top European bank. They are currently looking for a Name Screening Analyst/ Associate to join the Wealth Management name screening team to handle name screening and documentation review for APAC PB/ HNW clients. The candidate should have 2-5 years of working experience in name screening, documentation review for PB/ HNW clients within international private bank.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading French corporate investment/ private bank. They are now opening an exciting position for a Name Screening Analyst/ Associate to join the Wealth Management name screening team to handle name screening and documentation review for private banking/ high net worth clients covering APAC markets including China/ Taiwan. The firm provides corporates, institutional and private investors with product and service solutions tailored to their specific needs. It offers a wide range of financial services covering corporate & institutional banking, private banking etc.

Job Description

  • Responsible for name screening for both account opening (end-to-end, Source of Wealth name screening) and account recertification
  • Conduct digital document review, bank documents review, identification and verification of related parties such as account holder, UBO, authorised signers
  • Conduct check against client's identity documents, address proof and constitutional documents collected by front office
  • Consistency check of client's profile against client's document
  • Handle historical assessment / ad hoc name screening requests by front office/compliance/credit team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or relevant discipline
  • 2-5 years of working experience in name screening, documentation review for APAC private banking/ high net worth clients within international private bank
  • Strong understanding of account documentation, due diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirements
  • Strong knowledge in wealth management products and types of customers
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken, written and reading). Good command in Mandarin is a plus (for supporting Taiwan/China Markets)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills, especially in Excel. Knowledge of ACCESS is an advantage
