Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of a strategic sales roadmap aimed at building and expanding B2B partnerships with affiliated partners. This position is dedicated to positioning our products as premium corporate gifts, incentives, rewards, and exclusive experiences for luxury brands, financial institutions, private member clubs, family offices, and other elite corporate clientele.Strategic Business Development:

Partner with the Wholesale and Business Development Director to establish the corporate sales channel framework and enable the implementation of a robust sales strategy.

Define the complete B2B product and service portfolio, including pricing models, in collaboration with the merchandising team.

Develop all sales materials, partnership proposals, and standardized contract templates.

Identify, engage, and secure new B2B partnerships with organizations that share our brand values.

Deliver persuasive, tailored proposals that highlight the unique value of our luxury offerings for corporate gifting, client engagement, employee recognition, and partnership programs.Sales, Client Relationship & Account Management:

Act as the primary liaison for key corporate accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.

Gain deep insight into each partner's objectives to design customized, scalable programs that create mutual benefit.

Ensure flawless execution of orders and deliver a premium, white-glove service experience for all corporate partners.

Define KPIs and establish a reporting framework for the new division.Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the luxury B2B segment.

Provide actionable insights to marketing and product development teams based on client feedback.

Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Client Services) to maintain brand integrity and operational excellence across all corporate accounts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Sales Manager (6-month) should have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.


  • 5-7 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the luxury, premium, or high-end service sectors.


  • Strong record of achieving and surpassing significant sales targets.


  • Established network within relevant industries (luxury brands, financial services, etc.) is highly advantageous.


  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with confidence in engaging C-level executives.


  • High commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and managing complex sales cycles.


  • Fluency in Chinese and English.


  • Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship, brand heritage, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
