Job Description

  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from job briefing to offer negotiation.
  • Market Insights: Provide clients with industry knowledge, salary benchmarking, and talent market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share leads, strategies, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in the recruitment sector.
  • Strong business development skillset with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • IT recruitment experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
