A reputable and well-established company in Hong Kong is seeking a versatile (Senior) HR & Admin Officer to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage all-rounded HR generalist functions while providing office administration support in a professional, stable environment.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, MPF, tax reporting, and benefits enrollment.
  • Support HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination.
  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and departments, addressing inquiries and providing timely guidance on HR matters.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, finance, senior management) on HR-related issues, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance.
  • Oversee general office operations, including access control, seating arrangements, and equipment management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years (Senior Officer) or 3-4 years (Officer) of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably in a reputable corporate environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, payroll, and C&B practices.
  • Experience acting as an HR contact point with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Hands-on office administration experience is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all levels.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
