Job Description

  • Source and identify talent for various roles using multiple channels
  • Collaborate with managers to understand recruitment needs and craft effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing to delivering shortlisted candidates
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews and evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy by managing and updating applicant tracking systems promptly
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years' working experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Open to HKPR who is open to work in Qianhai Hub (Shenzhen)
