Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tool.
  • Project experience is a plus.
