Job Description

  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for processes and systems.
  • Conducting testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues in the insurance department.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Facilitating communication between the technology team and other departments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience as Business Analyst from financial industry, preferably with insurance background.
  • Hands-on experience in leading and driving projects independently.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and disciplined with project scheduling.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
  • Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL.
  • Prior experience working in agile model.
