Job Description

  • Supporting data analysis and reporting for the analytics department.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all analytical processes.
  • Assisting in the development of new tools and methodologies for data analysis.
  • Providing support for ad hoc analytical projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to the insurance industry
  • Proven hands‑on experience in independently leading and driving project initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with discipline in managing project schedules * Strong command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work flexible hours when required
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with solid understanding of SQL
  • Previous experience working in an agile environment
