  • Managing the product development process for trims and packaging solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to develop innovative product designs.
  • Coordinating with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to source raw materials and manage cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards during product development.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all product development activities.
  • Providing technical advice and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities in the retail industry to enhance product offerings.
  • Resolving product-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Procurement, Supply Chain, or Product Development.
  • Proven experience in trims and packaging development within the retail industry.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for product design and development.
