Job Description

As an L1&2 Application Support professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 24/7 application support to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues reported by users.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Collaborating with team members to implement and test system improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices in application support.
  • Proactively identifying potential risks and suggesting preventive measures.
  • Providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders about issue resolutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L1&2 Application Support professional should have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of application support in a Technology environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively.
