We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support professional to join a trading floor environment within the financial services industry. You will collaborate with global vendors and cross-regional teams, lead technical deliverables, and support diverse technologies including Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, and cloud services.

Job Description

  • Lead or participate in managing and troubleshooting all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area.
  • Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Work with local and global vendors for implementation and problem resolution.
  • Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Technology Systems Engineering, Architecture, or Infrastructure.
  • Strong desktop support experience (preferably trading floor and executive support).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in mobile and remote device support, MS Entra, and Intune administration.
  • Experience in video conference support and office restack projects.
  • Solid incident management capabilities.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Japanese.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and architecture (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including Generic and LLM AI (preferred).
  • Ability to script for operational tasks (preferred).
  • Project management skills and experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence (preferred).
