Job Description

  • Overseeing the end-to-end product development process for bedding, pillows, and blankets.
  • Collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Researching market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Managing vendor relationships to maintain high-quality production standards.
  • Developing cost-effective strategies for product development and manufacturing.
  • Presenting product concepts and prototypes to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the performance of products in the market and suggesting improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in home textile product development within the retail, e-commerce, or any related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of home textiles fabric, including bedding, pillows, and blankets.
