Job Description

  • Serve as the central liaison between internal departments, factories, and customers, ensuring seamless communication across all merchandising activities.
  • Lead material sourcing and product development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Support the sales team by delivering accurate and timely sales data to facilitate offer preparation and client engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive costings for assigned product categories and conduct meticulous order checks to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Coordinate with factory customer service teams to manage bulk order preparations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor production schedules and oversee quality control processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Provide professional after-sales support, addressing post-delivery issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Fashion & Textile or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in merchandising, ideally within the apparel or garment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with woven formal wear products is essential.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
