Job Description

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP
  • Handle payroll processing and statutory filings
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance
  • Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external tax advisors
  • Provide financial insights to support management decision-making
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align financial reporting with business activities

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
