Job Description

  • Provide on-site IT support to internal employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365) and 21Vianet platforms, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and related equipment.
  • Handle user incidents and deliver effective technical solutions within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure and security initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide user training or guidance when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (M365) and 21Vianet platform administration and usage. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and common troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, and able to communicate in English for business purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset; able to work under pressure professionally.
