This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with pre-opening experience in the canteen or F&B business to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact.Job DescriptionAs a Staff Canteen Manager/AM, your main responsibilities will include:Managing the daily operations of the staff canteen to ensure seamless service delivery.Overseeing food preparation and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate stock levels and quality of ingredients.Monitoring staff performance and providing training to enhance service quality.Handling budgets and cost control to achieve operational efficiency.Addressing employee feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels with canteen services.Implementing improvements to enhance the overall dining experience for staff.Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Lead and supervise a small team to ensure smooth daily operations of staff restaurants, maintaining high standards of service and food quality.Manage vendor relationships, including planning and coordinating fit-out works and refurbishment projects, while monitoring timelines and project progress.Regularly evaluate food and service quality through employee feedback and satisfaction surveys, and implement improvement plans with service providers.Negotiate and liaise with suppliers and vendors to optimize service delivery.The Successful ApplicantDegree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Operations Management.Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing operations.
