Job Description

As an F&B Operation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and managing daily retail and F&B operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Implementing and maintaining high service standards in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitoring inventory, supply chain processes, and quality control measures.
  • Developing and managing budgets to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Analyzing operational performance and preparing detailed reports for management.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6+ years in F&B or retail operations with at least 2 years in a multi-site or store leadership role (High end cafe /coffee shops background strongly preferred).
  • Proven P&L ownership and KPI management experience.
  • Familiar with food safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, inventory systems, and POS data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
