As an L&D Manager, you will design, implement, and oversee learning and talent development strategies for approximately 200 staff in Hong Kong.

Job Description

As an L&D Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Assessing training needs and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
  • Managing training budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions for employees.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in retail and human resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L&D Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of learning and development practices within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing training programs for both front line and corporate office functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
