Our client, a global industry leader, is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive talent to support their Inside Sales teams across US and EMEA. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with systems, handling operational processes, and supporting a fast‑paced international sales environment.

Job Description

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the international Inside Sales teams, ensuring smooth handling of order‑related activities
  • Process sales and purchase orders accurately and promptly, ensuring full compliance with global procedures and established service levels
  • Manage data entry and transactional tasks within ERP platforms
  • Handle inbound delivery activities and other system transactions on behalf of regional sales associates



The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, supply chain, order management, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Such as SAP)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
