Job Description

Client Onboarding & Integration

  • Own the full onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring requirements are captured and translated into system updates or workflow adjustments.
  • Manage interactions between clients, internal stakeholders, and local market teams to maintain clarity, timelines, and smooth project execution.
  • Align operational and system processes to ensure both sides of the platform connect seamlessly for new market activation.



Process Development & Operational Readiness

  • Build and refine onboarding procedures across finance, customer service, IT, and operations to support new clients efficiently.
  • Evaluate onboarding feasibility for new regional markets by reviewing operational needs, potential risks, and resource availability.
  • Support the rollout of new service solutions by ensuring onboarding requirements are captured during early development discussions.



Stakeholder Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Partner with local teams, associations, and technical contributors to ensure all onboarding activities are clearly aligned.
  • Represent the organization at external events and industry sessions to support client-facing initiatives and strengthen market presence.



Governance & Implementation Control

  • Participate in readiness approvals, decision checkpoints, and onboarding-related planning cycles to ensure smooth market deployment.
  • Ensure commercial structures, such as pricing policies, are aligned and communicated effectively across markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in project management, customer onboarding, or solution deployment within an international environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build workflows from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is a PLUS
