Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Identify and lead new HR projects based on business needs, such as talent development programs, culture initiatives, or organizational restructuring, to support rapid company growth.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and executives to understand business priorities, provide HR insights, and align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on HR ideas, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Apply strong business sense to HR decisions, analyzing market trends, cost implications, and ROI to drive value-added initiatives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by quickly adapting to changes, implementing agile HR practices, and fostering an energetic team culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to initiate and drive HR projects in a rapid-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience delivering ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial sense, including business acumen and understanding of financial impacts on HR strategies.
  • Agile mindset with adaptability to dynamic changes and high-energy settings.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for analytics).
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
